Edgar and Rafael Morais

They are twin brothers born in Coimbra(Portugal)on 25 June, 1989. They both become actors, known in Portugal, though living in Los Angeles and speaking fluently in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
Edgar Morais began acting at the age of 14 appearing in a variety of plays including "The Tragedy of Julius Caesar" by William Shakespeare, winner of a European Golden Globe for Best Theatrical Show of The Year and Best Ensemble Cast. At the age of 17 Edgar starred in the feature "From Now On"(2007), winner of the Audience Award at Rio De Janeiro Film Festival. In 2009 he was cast in the feature film "Fault Line" (2009/I) directed by Luke Eberl, and in the NBC shows "Ctrl" (2009) directed by Robert Kirbyson and "FCU: Fact Checkers Unit" (2010) directed by Dan Beers.
Rafael Morais began acting at the age of 14 as well. Before the release of Rafael's first feature film "Um Amor de Perdição"(2008) he starred in a variety of plays. At the age of 18 he was cast as the lead in the feature film "How to Draw a Perfect Circle "(2009) directed by Marco Martins, critically acclaimed director who received several awards at different film festivals such as Cannes Film Festival, Mar del Plata Film Festival, European Film Awards among others, followed by "Blood of My Blood"(2011), directed by 'Joao Canijo' who also received a variety of prizes at Cannes Film Festival and Venice Film Festival for most of his films. Rafael Morais won the "Best Young Actor Prize" at the 2009 Estoril Film Festival.
At the age of 17 twins moved to Los Angeles where they now reside. I think they have a promising career in Hollywood, maybe some day they will become most famous actors of Portugal. Who knows..
